From Monday October 30 to Wednesday November 1, 2023, the French Pastry International Trophy took place.

This competition, which is celebrating its 2nd anniversary this year, has the mission of defending and contributing to the influence of the excellence of French pastry and chocolate making throughout the world.

During this 2023 edition, there are 8 candidates each representing a country who reinterpreted great classics of French pastry: St Honoré, Charlotte au chocolat but also éclairs and macarons...

The big winner of this edition is Tatsuya MATSUKAWA (JAPAN), who becomes the 2nd winner of the TIPCF.
This 39-year-old pastry chef is a pastry chef. As you wish! from Tokyo. He knows the requirements of competitions and this is not his first attempt.

Coming in second position, the Belgian Candice DITLEFSEN won the Silver Trophy.

The Bronze Trophy was won by the french Aymeric CHATELLIER.

We congratulate the professional and amateur candidates as well as their coaches and thank the Confédération Nationale des Artisans Pâtissiers for offering us the opportunity to be a partner of this event.
