Our department has an overall view of the company. We constantly aim to improve our supply chain through close collaboration with every department. The skills required to carry out our mission are adaptability, organisation, and versatility.

Thanks to regular investment and a dynamic team, our production team does everything possible to meet new demands and to ensure impeccable product quality. We always favour internal promotion to grow our teams harmoniously.

Maintenance
At Eurovanille, our maintenance department ensures that every manufacturing unit can keep production running. Through our commitment to preventive maintenance, we minimise production downtime and continually seek to optimise our processes. We work across various processes that bring us performance and expertise every day.

R&D
Our R&D department is responsible for developing new products and processes while improving existing ones. We are organised into four distinct functions: process, products, application, and sensory analysis.

Working with all internal departments and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, bodies, laboratories, etc.), our role is to make every employee aware of our quality policy and turn them into engaged participants in our CSR approach.

At Eurovanille, the HR and Finance teams work together to combine human performance with financial balance.
Human Resources supports every employee with care, valuing skills development and internal promotion.
Finance ensures rigorous, strategic management in service of growth and innovation.
