A Unique

Flavour Profile

A first in France

To mark its 35th anniversary, Eurovanille unveils the first entirely Made-in-France vanilla extract: pods grown in its experimental greenhouse in the Hauts-de-France, then processed into extract by our teams.

This project is part of a research initiative into growing vanilla in France: observing how the plant adapts, how it develops under glass, and how growing conditions influence its aromatic expression.

For several years, Eurovanille has been conducting experimental work on growing the vanilla plant in the Hauts-de-France, in a greenhouse dedicated to observing, researching, and understanding this complex tropical plant.

“Our Vanill’Elixir extract has a profile unlike any other in the world, the fruit of several years of research.”

– Amaury Dedours, Agronomist

From agronomy to extract

This creation brings together agronomic experimentation carried out in the Hauts-de-France, a limited production of French-grown pods, and long-standing expertise in processing natural vanilla.

It reflects an approach to the raw material founded on the long term, observation, and mastery of extraction — three values at the heart of Eurovanille’s identity since its founding.

The appeal of this material lies not in a quest for intensity or spectacle, but in what it represents: the possibility of bringing together a vanilla grown in France, recognised processing expertise, and a culinary expression still waiting to be explored.

Sensory profile

An initial in-house sensory reading brings out five distinct aromatic registers. These markers do not confine the product to a fixed profile — they open up avenues for culinary application depending on the matrix, the dosage, and the technique chosen.

Vanilla

Balsamic

Woody depth, slightly resinous

Caramelised

Warm sweetness, roasted notes

Aniseed

Subtle freshness, aromatic lightness

Floral
